Pricing
Real numbers, on the page.
Hitman Marketing publishes its prices. The Contract runs $6,500 to $19,500 for ninety days against one named competitor. Holding the ground afterwards runs $895 to $3,950 a month, websites $3,500 to $14,500, and AI operations $497 to $1,499 a month after setup.
Almost no agency in Pinellas County will show you a number without a discovery call first. That is not caution, it is a negotiating position — and it wastes your time if we are wrong for each other. Here is everything.
A full-time marketing manager in Tampa costs $115,307 a year before benefits.

The offer
The Contract
$6,500 to $19,500
Name the competitor beating you. We take the contract at the published price, and in 90 days you outrank them — in the Google local pack and in the AI assistants. Half the fee is due on execution; the other half only if it lands.
- Fifteen buying-intent queries, fixed in writing before work starts.
- You outrank the target in the Google local pack on the majority of that set.
- You place ahead of the target in at least two of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot. Not all four — nobody controls all four.
- Measurement is agreed before execution: geo-grid tracking from fixed coordinates, baseline and final, plus prompt-visibility runs across the assistants.
- Half the fee on execution. Half on confirmation, and only on confirmation.
- One contract per vertical per market. While yours is live, nobody else in your category and city can buy one.
Guaranteeing a position would be dishonest, and the rest of this site says so. The Contract does not promise a position. It promises to beat one named competitor on one agreed set of queries — and you and that competitor sit under the same algorithm, so a core update moves you both. That is exactly why an absolute promise is a lie and a relative one is not. Staking half the fee on it is a commercial position, not a claim to control Google.
If your territory is not listed
The AI Visibility Teardown
$497
A paid survey of your industry and city against the competitor currently beating you. It shows what AI assistants say about you today and why — and it is what decides whether your territory reaches the board. Credited in full against the contract, or against any retainer or build started within 45 days.
- Ten buying-intent prompts about your category run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode — with your three named competitors tracked alongside you
- Foursquare, Apple Business Connect and Bing Places claim-status audit — the three listings that feed ChatGPT, Siri and Copilot, and that almost nobody local has claimed
- Google Business Profile audit, with the straightforward fixes applied on the spot rather than listed for later
- Twenty-point website technical audit including server-side rendering check and AI crawler access — a firewall silently blocking OAI-SearchBot is a common and invisible cause of zero citations
- Geo-grid ranking map against three named local competitors
- A 45-minute recorded walkthrough and a prioritised 90-day roadmap
Holding the ground
Taking ground is a contract. Holding it is a retainer.
A confirmed contract converts to one of the retainers below, and the territory stays closed to your competitors for as long as you hold it. Let it lapse and it returns to the board, where the company you just beat can buy it. These are also what you buy if you came in without a contract — the work is the same, the guarantee is not.

No agency can guarantee a position — these systems are non-deterministic and anyone promising you a rank is selling. That is why The Contract promises something else: to beat one named competitor on one agreed query set, where you and the target sit under the same algorithm and a core update moves you both. These retainers are what holds the ground afterwards, and what they commit to is deliverables, crawler accessibility, entity consistency, and measured share of voice. One fixed-price service sits outside them: Google Business Profile reinstatement is $750 flat, one time.

Text messaging requires A2P 10DLC carrier registration, which takes one to four weeks and gates go-live. We handle the filing; it needs your exact legal entity name and EIN. Automation pricing is built on real platform costs, not advertised rates — voice runs two to three times its headline price once tokens, speech and telephony are included.

Everything, as one system
The Growth Operating System
Everything, as one system. The Market Leader search program, the Ops Build automation retainer, the care plan, ad management and quarterly strategy — with the Growth Site build and the automation build included at no additional charge in exchange for the twelve-month commitment.
A full-time marketing manager in Tampa costs $115,307 a year before benefits, according to Salary.com. This replaces the function for roughly half that, and does not take holiday.

Bundles
The discount buys term commitment, not volume. Launch and Grow save 11 to 13%; Automate saves more because the $6,500 automation build is folded into the twelve-month price. A steep discount on a retainer alone usually means the original price was fiction.

Terms, in plain language
You own everything
Domain, hosting, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics — in your name, from day one. We hold delegated access. If you leave, there is nothing to hand back.
Billing
Monthly in advance on autopay for retainers. Projects are 50% to book and 50% at launch, or 40/30/30 above $5,000.
Change orders in writing
Anything outside the written deliverables is quoted at $165/hour and signed before work starts. Verbal approval is not approval — that protects your budget more than ours.
Client-delay clause
If content, assets or approvals are outstanding for more than ten business days, the timeline extends day for day. It exists so the timelines above can be honest.
Revision rounds, not revisions
A round is consolidated feedback in one document. Two rounds on entry tiers, three above. Additional rounds are quoted.
Annual increase
Five percent on renewal, written into the original agreement. No surprise conversations.
Pricing questions
- How much does a marketing agency in Clearwater cost?
- Marketing agencies serving Clearwater range from a few hundred dollars a month at automated shops to $5,000+ minimums at larger Tampa agencies. Hitman Marketing sits in between and publishes its ladder: search retainers run $895 to $3,950 a month, website builds $3,500 to $14,500, and AI operations $497 to $1,499 a month after setup.
- Why are you more expensive than the $497-a-month options?
- Because at that price the work is automated reporting and a content spinner, not a strategist. There is a real floor below which local search work cannot be done by a person who understands your market. We are also well under the $5,000-a-month Tampa agency minimum.
- Can I stop whenever I want?
- After the initial six months, yes — thirty days' notice, no penalty, and you keep everything. The six-month initial term exists because that is roughly when local search work produces defensible results. Shorter, and both of us would be judging it before it landed.
- What is not included?
- Ad spend itself, paid social management, video production, photography, print, third-party licence and platform costs, and custom development beyond the agreed scope. Anything outside the written deliverables is quoted as a change order at $165 an hour before work starts.
- Do unused hours roll over?
- No, and this is stated plainly because the alternative is worse for both sides. Unused monthly allowances expire. Rollover turns a retainer into a bank of obligations that eventually has to be repaid all at once, usually badly.
- Do prices go up?
- Five percent on renewal each year, written into the original agreement so nobody has to have an awkward conversation about it later. Your rate is fixed for the initial term regardless of what we publish for new clients.
- Can I pay for the Teardown and stop there?
- Yes, and some people should. The $497 buys a complete diagnostic and a 90-day roadmap you can hand to anyone, including your current agency or an in-house person. It is credited if you continue with us, but there is no obligation and no pressure to.
